I bought this one for my 5yr old. It's possibly a little big for a 3yr old, but I wanted one to last a few years. She's a tall 6yr old now and it's still plenty big enough. I don't have the basket ball bit, there's a choice of how to configure it. I bought an extra pack of climbing stones as well because for a small child the gaps were too big with the ones included.

I'm a capable diy-er and it was straight forward to build with 2 people. You need a drill, electric screwdriver, and a socket set with large bits. You would also need to buy the fixings to the ground separately. I used fence post spikes and cement although there are various ways to do it. I paid about £260 for it last year and with the extra stones plus the fixings it came to £300. It's currently £320 but I'm not sure if that is its price now or if it varies in price as somethings tend to do on eBay!

Thanks. I was thinking something with slide may be better and some sort of little house on top. That does look good, though. Thanks for sharing
