Which all terrain 3 wheeler is best for jogging?

Am thinking about taking no.3 running once allowed to start exercising again - have had a look at a few different 3 wheelers - the only one that looks decent enough to jog with is the Out n About single Nipper - any thoughts or alternatives please?

My friend does this and says a hand brake is a good feature.

I know everyone hates them but I have an urban detour from Mothercare and it's fab when we run through fields.

running! with a pushchair!? only if i might miss the last bus.

Are the urban detours really up to it? I am not sure which ones are just for show and which ones really are joggers!

Handbrake is a must - live on a hill!

Well ours has lasted five months so far......although I did get a puncture once.

If you're serious, then get a Baby Jogger. We have a Baby Jogger II, and it's been brilliant - lightweight and easy to push, comes with a brake and wrist-strap - but is specifically for running; it's too big to push round the shops. Not sure if they make them any more, but you can get them on e-bay from time to time. Don't even think about getting something with a swivel wheel (unless it has an option to lock it) - a fixed wheel is a must. My brother has just bought a Baby Jogger City Series to run with his dd, and he's really pleased with it. The handle adjusts so it's comfortable if you're tall; the seat also reclines (whereas ours has a fixed seat)and it has anough space for water bottles and baby kit. It's a good choice if you want something suitable for running but which doubles up for round town as well.
