does your bedding go stale? well mine does
wash it, dry it - result - nice fresh bedding. put it in the cupboard for a week come to put it on the bed and not only has the fresh smell gone but has been replaced by foul 'biddy' smell
does this happen to everyone or have i just got smelly cupboards???

Mummysurfer, in boots and body shop they sell this lavender sleep spray for childrens rooms. It doesnt work, at all, but i spray it on the bed linen each day and its lovely.

Surely lavender IS a biddy smell

Just tumble them for 10 mins before you put them on the beds, that will sort it out

Avon do a linen spray which is very good. To be honest, mine rarely get put away as they get washed and returned to the bed on the same day. The spare stuff is kept in the airing cupboard so maybe the cupboard is a bit damp.

Ironing sheets Branster? Good god, have you gone stark raving mad, woman? Are you sure you're drying them enough, MS? And what, prey tell, is a 'biddy' smell?

Try shoving a few sheets of bounce around them as you fold them up. This always works a treat for dds uniform - esp. when I put uniform in a plastic bag on the radiator - heat seems to release the oils in them.
