Does anything exist that would let me open a window in hot stuffy upstairs bedroom that would be totally safe and secure for a completely mad ds age 2. I am thinking of something lockable, adjustable and removable

i have a window lock that allows the window to open slightly and can also be unlocked completely for when theyre older. think i got it in B & Q..stupid question...is there B & Q in Ireland?

We looked for something like this last year, and I posted a thread. There is nothing on the market in the UK, as far as we could discover. Don't know about Ireland though.

Hi jewels, I'm in Dublin. My neighbour was just on holiday in Kerry and she said the house they rented had little chain style locks on the windows. I want to get some for ours but haven't looked yet. This way you can still open the window all the way if you want.

You can get window locks in Atlantic home care, B&Q etc (I think they are Safety 1st brand) but you would have to drill holes I expect.
