Does anyone know what the deal is? GLTC are listed in the companies who offer a 10% discount to mumsnet users but when you look at their blurb on mumsnet shopping info, all that comes is an offer for free delivery if you spend over £75. Did email GLTC but no reply...Can anyone help? Thanks

Oh good, I am hoping to buy my ds the play table with trundles when we eventually move house!

Icod just buy 12 kinder suprise eggs and use the eggish shaped holders from the middle for the toys in the middle. It will work out cheaper and you get to eat the chocolate!

ledodgyDave · 28/02/2007 17:12

didn't mean to repeat in the middle twice then!

Will, linked to the site from mumsnet and comes up with free postage but not 10% discount. Am I missing sth? Thanks...

Hi Pannacotta

This is working on both my machine at home and at work, if you are still having problems please email me. (will[at]gltc.co.uk)

Will, while you're on, could you give me a bit of advice?

We bought a pogo stick from GLTC for dd's birthday, which then broke on first use. We went through the returns procedure and got another pogo stick - which broke on second go. We rang up and were told to pack it up and return it with the return form. However, since it was a replacement pogo stick, there was no return form with it. I tried ringing again, but could not get through. So this second broken pogo stick has been sitting in our porch, all packaged up, for ages and ages and ages.

What should I do now? I'm glad to see the pogo stick is no longer in your catalogue - quite frankly, it was a dangerous bit of kit given the way in which it broke, with a child on it.

Hi again Will, I went to place my order today and after all that one of the items I wanted - the stacking wooden toy trug in white (£39.99) is out of stock and won't be available any more!! Is this definate and if so can you tell me if I can order it direct from our supplier? Am so gutted. Has taken me forever to find suitable storage in white and was going to order it ages ago but have been waiting for the 10% discount to get resolved..... Hope you can help!
