Need to buy sandals now for my children for the summer. How many sizes up should I go?

I want specific Teva sandals for my boys for the summer that I can only get in the US. I have relatives coming over shortly that can bring them. But I need to think ahead what sizes to get. The sandals are very forgiving in both length and width. How many sizes up should I go from what they are now? One son is 2.5 and the other is 5.5 years old.

I would say half a size for older one and whole size for youngest.

i'd get the next two whole sizes for each and then if they don't fit, resell on here!

I am not sure what you meam by waiting? My relatives will be here from April through the entire summer so if I waited til they went back, it would be too late for having them over the summer.

They don't do half sizes unfortunately, but I agree that I shou8ld only go up one size for the older one. So do I do just one size up or two for my younger one? So hard to know!

Don't forget that US shoe sizes are NOT the same as UK ones! You need to add about 0.5 on to their UK size anyway to get US sizes (see here )
