We're a bit short of space in our current house and so we brought a City swing frame from TP Toys. The frame is very sturdy and attaches to a wall - we've got ours anchored just above our back door. You can attach a variety of swing designs to it. We had a bucket type seat that we used when ds about 9 months old and its lastest until now (he's 3), but we will be looking for a bigger swing attachment for this summer. When we move house we hope to attach it to our garage wall.

The frame and the swing cost us in total about £50 I think.

TP Toys do a very good range of swing frames, climbing frames and other outdoor equipment. I found mine through a local franchise, but I believe Early Learning Centre also sell the range.

Check out www.tptoys.com for more details.

We are about to buy the new Acorn swing/slide combo from TP toys, dd is 2.5, you can adjust it to be lower for tinies. It's not as adjustable as some of their range but it isn't HUGE either, and it has a little climbing bit too so hopefully she'll love it. With the slide, swing and climbing net its about £240, but it should last her until she is 8-ish.

We had a leaflet from Toys R Us, I think they had to be ordered specially but they had some amazing combi's. Bit pricey though, a good few hundred pounds...some nearer £1000 but I guess it depends how much you're willng to pay!
