My daughter will be 14mths when baby no2 arrives. The travel system we bought (and spent a fortune on) will now be redundant!!! Can anyone pass on their experiences as to which double buggy is the best for a newborn?? Most grateful

another vote here for phil and Teds (its fab!)

or if you are one of the people who really hate the phil and teds take a look at the jane powertrack twin

Bought a Cosatto Duet Lite recently. Ds is 3 so don't think we'll need it for too long. We got it because it has the massive advantage of fitting in the boot of our fiesta and leaving us some space over. (A friend who has the Jane and another who has the P&T both ended up buying estate cars to accomodate their pushchairs - amongst the other paraphanelia.) Am actually really pleased with it - it's lovely and cosy in the back for ds2.
If money were no object, and if we had a bigger car would have gone for the Jane Powertrack. Like the Cosatto they're only a couple of inches bigger than a single and the Jane is really easy to push (ours can feel a bit like a bus - especially when ds leans over the side). Another couple of friends have pushies where the kids sit side by side (a Macclaren and the Mothercare one) and they're equally hard to steer because of the weight difference in their kids, plus they struggle with doorways and shopping.

another duetlite buyer here.....Not used it yet as im 38 weeks with ds2b but from what I have seen and heard about it its quite good. We were going to get the jane twin 2 BUT tbh didn't want to pay 400 quid for a pram and then in 4 months time dd decided she wanted to walk everywhere..!!!
