Seat Belt Adjusters

DS2 (5) is currently in a high backed booster sear with an integral 5-point harness. The seat does eventually convert to one where you just use the adult belt but I'm still unhappy about the position of the belt even when it's gone through the adjusters on the side of the seat. He also occasionally uses one of those cheap "hard cushion" type booster seats that the child just sits on.

I'd like to get an additional adjuster to make the adult belt safer - any recommendations? The hard cushion seat has a picture of one which fastens round the socket end of the seat belt with a strap that goes behind the child and clips onto the seatbelt to pull it down below their neck. (which makes no sense whatsoever if you've not seen the picture!).

TIA!

Have a look at this ds1 has one for his booster seat and it's okay.

Ooh, saw some this weekend. Betterware catalogue, £2.99 for 2. Can be used for adults too - going to get some for me to use, being just 5 foot can be a real pain in back seats of cars.

here

Just go to product search and type in seat belt adjuster.

Seat Belt Adjusters (2) 17659
Pack of two adjusters that alter the position of the seat belt to make it more comfortable for you. Easy to install on all types of seat belt, they will keep the strap over your shoulder, instead of your neck. Note: Not suitable for pregnant women.

Highly recommend the Betterware adjusters (but then again I do work for Betterware )

Have sold loads of them and every customer has commented favourably.

Do the Betterware ones not take the diagonal strap too far over to the side of your body though? It looks like the shorter you are, the further across the diagonal strap goes.
