I couldn't find a comprehensive list of special offers, nor were the offers apparent from the product listings. Tescos may be cr*p at the delivery/substitution but but their website is good. I think my next shop will be from Ocado to give them a try!

It sounds as though all this varies enormously depending on where you are. I agree completely about the Sainsbury's website being a pile of poo, but I still use them in preference to Tesco. In about 2 years of internet supermarketing I have used both extensively, but finally dropped Tesco. Every single shop had loads of ludicrous substitutions or items missing, or delivered at the wrong time, whereas Sainsbury's have only made minor mistakes and have been very quick to credit me for anything like a rotten orange, for example. It must come down to how well the shoppers are trained and how much nous they use presumably.

No Ocado oop north, so can't comment on that

Not only was my sainsburys order delivered at 9pm (booked for 6-8pm) They have not delivered the frozen items I ordered. They are on the receipt but not in my freezer.

Also, how is this for a stupid substitute: I ordered 4 baking potatoes, they pick 3KG. WHY? If I had wanted that amount I would have ordered them.

I think I an going to try Tescos again next week. Anyone got any codes?
