'big' knickers for a 4-year-old girl. Or at least comfy ones...??

My dd is driving me crazy with her complaining about uncomfortable knickers. I've tried loads of different sizes from too big and baggy to tight. And I thought today that those really big pants that go up over your tummy, granny pants / pregnancy pants might suit her. Or some kind of little shorts.

or anything really ... anybody seen any good quality comfy-looking knickers around?

We changed into 6 different pairs this morning and still went out with her wriggling and writhing.

Disney store knickers seem to be the most comfortable for dd1. Soft and stretchy, with lycra so they don't get too baggy.

NDP, we've tried the Vertbaudet ones, shorts and their ordinary knickers. No go.

Disney Store knickers, hadn't thought of that, that's another one to try.

In the meantime, in strange desperation, today I bought a pack of Tesco bloody value knickers - £2 for 5 pairs, in age 5-6 and dd wore them all afternoon without a murmour! They looked a bit bigger than most I've seen but they seem to fit closely round the thighs.

It's quite amazing if this isn't a fluke. If you knew the amount of money I've spent on knickers since she was potty trained!

I think the Petit Bateau ones look lovely actually, completely ideal, but at £6.30 a pair I just can't do it this side of Christmas.
