What shampoo to use at 2.5yrs

My DD has lovely shoulder length curly hair but I am having an expensive nightmare trying to find a shampoo that conditions her hair and is ok for a small toddler to use. Have tried Avent, L'Oreal 2 in 1 and Horns 'n Halos. None of these really give a good condition to her hair making the daily torment of hair brushing difficult to say the least. Have also tried two different types of de-tangler which just leaves her hair limp.
So aside from chopping it all off which ones would you recommend?

my dd has frizzy hair that tangles easy and i use johnsons conditioner (the pink one) and then i use the Body Shop Amlika leave-in conditioner while its damp, then blow dry

sometimes i pu the leave in conditioner on her hair when its dry and needing combed

You haev described my dd hair to a tee i have taken to using a superdrug own make separate shampoo and conditioner for children, they smell all fruity.Used together they are brilliant, leave her hair goreously clean and shiny but not fly away also does wonders for the knots and tugs

Ahh, have not been to Superdrug for a while and was hoping for separate shampoo and conditioner for children. Will give them a go although this does prolong the hair washing agony! Thanks

Go to a health food type shop and buy Urtekram or Green People - beautiful shampoos with no chemicals or animal testing.

Don't forget she'll be starting Pre-school soon so you'll be needing something with neem oil and teatree oil in it to prevent nits
I've got a Tesco's own leave-in detangler spray for kids, works fine on my dd's very fine hair.

I use a children's shampoo on my dd followed by a blob of my conditioner because i simply have not found any children's conditioners on their own and the shampoos that claim to condition her just don't! My dd's hair is straight but she has masses of it and really needs conditioner.
