Likeabike or take off stabilisers?

Both dd1 (aged 4) has outgrown her bike with stabilisers and dd2 (aged 2 1/2) has out-grown her trike. Do I go for a bike without stabilisers for dd1 or a Likeabike for both of them? Anyone recommed a Likeabike?

My daughter is 2 1/2 and we bought her a likeabike style bike from ebay. Even on the lowest setting she still has trouble touching her feet to the groud. I do look forward to her being able to use it!

likeabike - we had them for our 3 - and they are brilliant - they really get their balance very quickly and then the transition to pedals is very easy (and saves your back trying to help them !).

I would try and get hold of the cheaper ones (or a second hand one) - we got ours from lidl for £30.

I think ours were about 95-96 cm tall (although they have short legs and long backs - so a normally proportioned kid might be able to be shorter).

I'm getting a likeabike for dd's 4th birthday this month
D is very small for her age about 95 cms so it maight be a while before she gets fully mobile on it though
