What do you think, anyone who has one??? Looks very practical as I like to be able to see everything when I open it, but is it really as spacious as it claims and is it worth paying that bit extra??

Ta!

Is this the hard version rather than the rucksack? It's pretty expensive, but I think it was worth it. As twiglett says, lots of lovely pockets and opens out to lots of space.

My one quibble would be that because of the hard case, it wasn't easy to just open the zip a little way to extract your purse in a shop (but then extra protection from pickpockets as a result?!) which drives me nuts, but shall still be using for no. 2.

I think if I were buying second time around, I'd take a closer look at their rucksack version to see if the pockets were more accessible.

I loved my Baby Bjorn bag for number one. Couldn't stop thinking how great it was. Lots of space and compartments to put things in. But for number two I hardly used it at all. I found it too bulky and not very easy to carry with two kids in tow. The second time round I used a much smaller bag (not a specially designed baby bag) and didn't take half as much stuff with me. I think another problem for me was that the Baby Bjorn bag didn't fit on my buggy very easily. I seem to remember it kept slipping off the handlebar thing.

Thanks very much!! Looks like the rucksach version is most preferred for practicality. Just though it would be good to see everything when you open it and would be easy to use after being a changing bag for travel etc.. The only thing putting me off was the fact you have to put it over your shoulder, but it does look smart! Will check out both!

Quackers I had one and hated it. Too bulky, not enough room inside and the front zip broke.

Oh god am liar. Just checked and it's Avent sorry

I've got both and think they're excellent. The hard one was a present from work, but even so I'd say it's value-for-money. Being able to see everything at a glance is excellent, and it's a bit of a Tardis - I can't believe how much I've been able to cram into it, especially when I was going around with two in nappies at the same time. Its only disadvantages, in my opinion, are that the rounded sides make it very difficult to carry over your shoulder, and that it's not very secure if you want to carry 'handbag' things in it (but that may have improved since I got mine). The rucksack is so good that I know several other mums who use it, and we have to be very careful to take the right one home when we meet up!

Thanks CD !

PC, thanks for the info! Both eh, now there's a thought! I do have a nice rucksack type so maybe the hard one is promising. I found a website selling them at £44.95 instead of £59.95!!!
