Thinking of getting this for my garden. I was tempted at £75 but now it's in the sale so am even more tempted.

What do you think?

lol at 'Please note: do not jump into this hammock'. Never got the hang of them myself, but I know people who adore theirs.

I think I'm being optimistic that I'd actually be able to lounge in it at any time...

It might be annexed by the kids,I guess. So you'd need to buy at least 2.

LadyTophamHatt · 01/07/2006 11:51

I'd say no.

You'd never get to actually sit ot lay in it because the kids would always want to play in it.
Then if you were sneaking a quick 5 minutes in it they'd creep up behind you and tip you out.....

But I could lounge in it sipping ice cold Pimms through a straw whilst the children fanned me and poured cold water on my feet with their new buckets...

I love mine! It's true I have to fight the children for it sometimes but usually I just threaten to tip them out. And it is lovely lying there with dd2 age 4 beside me, while we look at a book together.

I've got some JL vouchers to use too...
