I'm sure I saw something on here that could join the car seat straps together to stop baby pulling their arms out. Does anyone know what it is?

I jsut tried ordering the gltc one, and it doesn't seem to want to add it to the basket. I've registered with them.

Try this one instead:

lock tite

pegasus · 21/06/2006 18:43

Sorry I don't think I can get that to work. It's on www.jojomamanbebe.co.uk and it's called lock-tite.

Kelly1978 · 21/06/2006 19:27

ooh, £5 and free delivery, looks a bargain. Have you tried it?

Having read about the lock-tite this week I ordered one which arrived today. Looks fine but there's no info at all about fitting it - which seems odd as they tend to go overboard on safety type products. I can see where the strap has to go but how do you get it on over the buckle clip? Has anyone got one who could advise?

Kelly1978 · 25/06/2006 15:28

any more suggestions please? both gltc and jojomaman bebe are out of stock. I'll get the snugsit as a last resort, but i'm concerned from the pictures that it doesn't look very strong - I'd rather buy a fabric one if poss.

it is bloody annoying though.
You pay a fortune for a carseat, then it is no bloody good and you have to buy something else.
Something wrong there...

Kelly1978 · 25/06/2006 16:08

mm, you are right there. It's obviously a common problem since there is a market for this stuff. I don't knwo why they can't make them with 5 point harnesses like everything else. It is so scary driving down the motorway and he has wriggled out and there is nothing I can do. I've found some elastic with a buckle which I'm hoping might do for now.
