its fab. But technically its not that great.

you can steer one handed. my toddler can't run onto trains alone Shock. i love it. but i got it for a specific reason ie so i could hold my toddler's hands while pushing the baby.

does have some drawbacks. shopping basket is not only pathetic in size but you cannot actually get anything into it if a baby is sat in it. it does not recline. the front wheels do look like they might snap off. you cannot fold it up with the footmuff attatched (and this is a real faff). You have to take the back wheels off to get it into our car (small hatchback-Skoda Fabia, think you'd be fine if it was just a bit bigger)-thats quite easy though. The sunshade is puny and you will need to buy either a net or something like a Shade a Bub.

But I love mine, it is so easy to steer.

I got mine for £160, incl footmuff and raincover, from 2leftfeet. (Don't actually want raincover though). I had to go to the store to get it, but if you can get the store to confirm the price, John Lewis or kiddicare might price match.

Maybe post more about your special and unique circumstances and we can help you work out why you need a micralite? I'm sure there is a reason.

I have had quite a few buggies (don't get me started !) but have to say that I am very happy with my one and only now - the Micralite. I have had it about 9 months or so and I have also attached a Kiddy Board to it too (3.5 year old, and 16 month) which works really well. I am actually very happy with the parcel tray - and I have undone one of the side strap poppers so I can get side access, and I find that there is loads of space. One of the best features that it has is that it stands upright when folded - so excellent for busy cafes etc, plus it is a genuine one handed fold - I do this all the time holding my smallest child (both fold up and down). I bought from a shop in Sutton, Surrey for just £75 BRAND NEW ! Apparently the same shop also sell sometimes on eBay and say that they are 'seconds' - not sure what is 'second; about them. I take mine through lots of rough terrain, and it copes really well. Far and away superior to a Maclaren. Raincover is well dodgy though - a waste of time !
