I have a \link{http://www.johnlewis.com/Nursery/Baby+Travel/Pushchairs/Buggies/230230322/Product.aspx\Quinny Zaff} and love it. Much easier to manouvre compared to Mamas and Papas Aria I had before, now tat dd is getting much bigger - but it's so crap when dd falls asleep. She looks so uncomfortable - I have a neck support but that doesn't always work - if anyone else has a Quinny let me know what you think of it - Thanks :o)

I have a zapp and even though I love it I am selling it to raise funds for a new buggy being released in April.

Spongebob · 01/04/2006 20:46

I dont like mine...I cant put the bugger up....cant hang any shopping on it and the back wheels dont fit thru some shop doors.

heymissymum · 01/04/2006 20:59

Horray - I am not the only sucker in the world with a quinny zaff

tegan - what new buggy is that then, can you post a link to a picture?

tegan and spongebob - how old are your little one's my dd is 2 and I got the Zaff after she turned one - not sure what its like for younger kiddies if your little one is six months or so and falls asleep it must be a night mare unless you have car seat attached instead as travel system

spongebob - oh dear!! I haven't had probbies with fitting through doors but sometimes have a tug of war to fold the second part down. Once down the compact size and ease with which it can be chucked in the car boot placates me!! Shouldn't but I hang a few bits of shopping on it I think dd is big enough to almost balance out potential tip over - just need to keep an eye on it. Compared to the Aria which had the biggest basket in the world of prams I'm doing quite well with quinny

I got mine when dd2 was 18 months and it is great but i am totally in love with \link{http://www.babystyle.co.uk/Low%20website/Mutsy%20Spider/Spider-red-big.jpg\this}

heymissymum · 01/04/2006 22:02

The Musty looks fab tegan!! Head support and recline feature especially - another purchase would mean three prams so far and only one child?!! May have to be done though

I love it for it's funky looks and the fact it fold very small, and is a dream to push. I hate the fact it is a bugger to open, and you can't hang not very heavy bags without it tipping, and it doesn't recline.

lanismum · 01/04/2006 22:37

i have a zapp, hate the thing, i usually end up wrestling with it on the pavement trying to open it up, can fold it fine, just have trouble opening it, prob just me being dumb though. oh and it rolls away on flat surfaces!

jmum6 · 01/04/2006 23:10

I've a zapp, I love it, it's like being free again after spending months pushing the bloody kitchen sink around (Graco travel system thing)but agree it's a pain in the arse to get up. Anyone figured an easy way to get it up yet?

heymissymum · 01/04/2006 23:28

Oh dear looks like none of us love it exclusively - or is this case no matter what pram you have - I may try a proper three wheeler next - always found them too heavy but dd needs something she can sleep in comfortable when we're out and I WANT something that looks fab

No I do. I absolutely love mine. But we still have the graco so If I need to do lots of shopping I'll use the graco, but if I'm just visiting or going for a walk I take the quinny.

heymissymum · 07/04/2006 17:42

hooray!!

I tried this with DS when I was looking for a new one. He was about 18 months. Really hated it, in fact he caused quite a fuss in the shop in order to get out!

deegward · 07/04/2006 17:55

Sorry don't understand buying new buggies when children are over 18months. surely they just walk!

cece · 07/04/2006 18:31

He was a runner so it was easier to keep hime strapped in! The buggy had been bought 4 years previously and been used by DD first! In the end I got one for a tenner from a car boot!

AllBuggiedOut · 08/04/2006 23:06

They might walk, deeqward, but not in the direction you want to! And legs don't come with rain covers Wink.

Am also thinking of getting a Zapp so we have two singles for DS1 & 2. Love the double we have, but two singles would be easier sometimes.
