Rayburn stoves - any resale value?

We have a cream solid fuel Rayburn stove in working order - about 40 years old possibly(?).

We'd like to remove it as it's taking up loads of space and is really unusable as it's in the study!

Does anyone know of anywhere that reconditions them or buys them in order to sell on. Or a company that can remove them from the house in the first place?

I'd buy it...Envy

I recall the AGA shop I went to,sold reconditioned ones.

someone (I think Enid or pph?) recommended a company that reconditions. Hang on, I'll have a look...

\link{http://www.twyford-cookers.com/index2.html\Twyford buy old Aga's so may also do Rayburns (seeing as Aga now own Rayburn)}

Thanks cupcakes - I'll phone them tomorrow. The only problem is they're in Hereford and I'm near Stirling so that might scupper that idea.

Just looked on Ebay - someone just sold an identical one for £155!
