I hate my bugaboo bee

does anyone else think they are rubbish?
I hate the stupid wheels that go everywhere when you just want to go up a step, I hate the chassis that collapses if you accidentally kick the brake too hard, I hate the fact that it's difficult to fold, I hate the useless shopping basket which is too shallow to be any use, I hate the fact that you're conned into buying useless and overpriced accessories.

I bought it because I live in a city and thought it looked nice and narrow. Which tbf it is. But everything else about it stinks.
Dd is nearly 10 months old. Can I ditch the Bugaboo Bloody Useless for a stroller?

baby jogger city mini! It's amazing.

sturdy, easy, well made and well designed.

the bee sounds like a nightmare!

I agree with the bjcm, it's fab, greatest purchase we have made with a baby.

CJ2010 · 13/09/2012 13:39

I love my Bee! When you put it up, make sure the 'red' sections turn 'green' IYSWIM! It shouldn't collapse when you hit the brake.

Maybe take it back to the shop just in case it's faulty?

I've now got a huge, heavy double buggy which drives me mad so perhaps that why I loved me dinky Bee so much! Grin

I hate mine too. Bloody wheels started juddering and I had to practically take it apart to get the various serial numbers they wanted before they would send new washers. Disgraceful really considering the amount they cost.

I think Bugaboo have done a mind warp on Londoners - they are everywhere! Mind you, my mates love their chameleon. Oh well, I'm just a grumpy fool.
CJ the red/green thing is ok I think - I am really cackhanded though so perhaps it is just me!

Ladyface - I am feeling your pain!

Thank you for the stroller recommendations - what age should dd be before I stroller her up? (Shame there is no 'totally clueless' emoticon here).
