Trampoline - how to level it???

We are thinking of getting DD a tram;oline for her birthday next month, Only trouble is the garden is not 100% level. Are the legs adjustable so that they can be levelled?

couldn't u sink the legs to even it out? It will make it more secure too. Just so long as you make sure it isn't sunk too deep.

You'd probably need to level a patch of garden first - we're having to do this to put up the bargain B&Q climbing frame we got last year.

don't the legs need to go on something solid to stop them sinking as the trampoline's jumped on?

Everyone round here seems to just have them on the grass, with no other prep. So not sure,

The garden is very gentle slope - will go and have a check later. And we don't have a big garden so not much room to play with.

For some reason I just assumed they'd be like swings, etc with adjustabble legs to make it level. Silly me!

It would make sense for them to have adjustable legs - can you check the descriptions on a few websites to check or email the sellers?

I think most people do just have them on grass, I just wondered what would happen if you had a badly drained, soggy garden.

I guess it would sink a bit. Ours seems okay in that sense.

I will have to email some of the suppliers I think.

Thanks.

Dont worry until you take delivery!
Assemble trampoline and place it where you want it to be.

Every other leg is joined at the bottom by a bar.
You will need to mark where these bars are.

You will need a spirit level, to see how out of level you are. If you do not own one you can sight accross the trampoline top to any brick building.

Estimate which legs need to be dug in.

You should dig no more than 6 inches before you will need to consider removing soil under the trampoline bed.

Trial and error until you get it flat.
Sand under and around the leg bars will help.

A fully dug in trampoline is the safest way tho'!
