Can anyone find me a wooden swing?
The kind you tie to a tree - suitable for baby/toddler please

we have a wooden swing (not a babyseat) from Ikea. We have just tied it to a branch.

We've got the Ikea one (proper seat, again not a baby one) hanging from a branch too. Needed to buy longer rope from B&Q though!

Not sure I've seen a wooden baby seat about.

We took it in the first winter we had it but never got round to it this year and it still looks great (although is slightly protected by the canopy of branches above it).

do you mean \link{http://www.activetoys.co.uk/ishop/955/shopscr1010.html\like this ?} Bit pricey though.

Have had a look in the Ikea catalogue and they're not in there anymore - however, I'm sure I saw them instore when I went a couple of months ago.

\link{http://www.holz-toys.co.uk/showdetails.asp?id=384\this} may be a bit more like it !

Thanks LIZS - the second one is what I was thinking of. Can't believe the first one is 89 quid and they don't even put a photo!

Cupcakes - what was your ikea one like? just a normal flat seat?

Yes, it's a flat seat (slightly oval shaped). Dd (just 3) can use it by herself.
