Grobags and eczema

Anyone noticed a link between using a grobag sleeping bag and a rash / eczema (I think)?

If so, anyone know if a 100% cotton one exists?

haven't had this problem, but this John Lewis \link{http://www.johnlewis.com/Fashion/Babywear/Unisex/Sleeping+Bags/4527/Product.aspx\100 percent cotton grobag} advertises itself as good for allergies.

not sure if it is relevant to you, but i found that my ds got mild ezcema when i first started giving him formula at 8 months.

Thanks! No, dd's on formula since 2 months old.
Trying to figure out what's causing this itchy rash on poor dd who can't sleep it's so nasty. Grobag was something new I wondered if it could be causing it.

I'll check out the 2 sleeping bags u suggest, can't hurt to try one, thank you!!!

Lily - did you wash the grobag before using it?

Lilyofthevalley · 28/02/2006 15:52

No. Should I?

A lot of clothes etc have starch added to them so that they look pristine when in packets or hung up in the shops - so although its a pain it is worth washing before using as these can irritate the skin.
