As the title says really! We've seen this and felt it vibrating and was wondering if it was good for the baby, or if they'd enjoy it.

clicked on this thread with unseemly haste.

getting my coat and leaving silently. pardon me.

Will work for some babies, won't for others. If you haven't had your baby I would wait and see if you need it.

moondog · 30/01/2006 23:46

lol mtpw

Well,I'm pretty 'organic' iykwim, but I bought a Mamas and Papas one in desperation for ds when a newborn as was moving house alone.

It was bloody great-top piece of equipment (followed later by Tippitoes which was brill too.)h

Flossam · 30/01/2006 23:49

DS loved his. Would sleep like a er, baby! But you know what I mean.

bobbybobbobbingalong · 31/01/2006 02:26

But what about the whole should lay flat to sleep thing?

saltire · 31/01/2006 09:49

I read the title wrong first time round and read it as bouncing vibrators!!!
I did wonder what use it would be if it bounced. The mind boggles.
Sorry.

Hazellnut · 31/01/2006 11:13

we had a vibrating bouncer (read that right purlllease ) but tbh found we spent more time bouncing it ourselves than using the vibrate mode as it didn't really do anything. Ours was an M&P one though, not this one.

harpsichordcarrier · 31/01/2006 11:26

my work bought us one as a leaving present
my two dds have both loved it and two other babies of friends

janinlondon · 31/01/2006 12:04

DD adored hers. We got it after I discovered she slept brilliantly in her car seat on top of the tumble dryer.....

we bought this one www.kiddicare.com/invt/rocfhpittz not because it vibrates but because it was the one with the biggest lifespan weightwise although it is rather garish to look at

teabelly · 31/01/2006 16:17

They're FAB. Both ds and dd loved ours, a mothercare own brand (green and blue colour). In fact I bought one each for mil and dm too so they wouldn't squabble

DD now 8mths and sitting up herself, so can no longer use them, so I now have 3 for sale! They're in very good condition and if you don't want to spend alot as you don't know how much babe will like it and you're interested I can email pix, CAT me or email saint dot greavsie at ntlworld dot com.

Thanks for all the replies! I didn't quite expect causing so many misreadings! Guess I know what some people have been up to!
