Best place to buy a cheap freezer for the garage?

We have an integrated freezer in the kitchen but it is just so small. I like to be able to make up double portions of food, so I can freeze some for another time. But I am very quickly running out of room all the time.

I think I need to get a second freezer to go in the back of the garage. Nothing expensive though - just want something cheap that works for in there. Not a chest freezer though - I'm not very tall and don't want to fall in

Even happy to consider second hand or refurbished ones, so long as I could somehow ensure they were working properly and it didn't cost a fortune to get here.

So where is the best place to get hold of one? And how much should I expect to pay?

Ask on Freecycle, someone may have one they don't use

@ mental picture of Hula falling in freezer.

You could try looking at the ad trader website for a secondhand one - they will give you details of distance too.

Just seen one on ebay, in Sheffield, for £12.50! No idea how I could get it here though, as car not big enough. Might have to keep an eye out.

Will have to have a look round some of the studdent areas and see if any refurb shops - good idea!

Will look at freecycle.
