Juicers? Does anyone have one and USE it?

A number of years ago I bought a juicer. I used it once and decided it was too much effort to both use and clean, so gave it away.

DH keeps saying he would like to get a juicer and I keep telling him how much hassle they are to use and clean. One of his work colleagues has backed this up.

Are we right, though? Has anything changed in the 5 years since I bought my (admittedly cheap) juicer? Is there a 'must have'juicer like there is only one must have bread maker (Panasonic)?

We use ours, but only maybe once a month? It isn't too hard to clean, most of it goes in the dishwasher. DH did choose it on the grounds of being easy to clean.

I bought the champion fromukjuicers it was very easy to use/clean but sold it recently having had ds3 and very little time to use it plus you need a lot of spare cash to buy all the fruit and veg to juice.
champion is suppose to be the best as it masticates the fruit/veg as with other juicers the heat can destroy lots of the vitamins and enzymes.
