Hi everyone

Planning on buying one.Could Somebody recommend me one please.
I have seen varios catalogues(argos ,index etc)getting more confused which one to go for.Would spend more if it is worth it.

We have a Tunturi 400F, cost just under £500 several years ago. Bought it from a sports shop. We decided to spend quite a bit because the ones with magnetic resistance (?) are supposed to be much better but do cost more. However, I have to say it is soooo boring to sit on there and pedal away, getting nowhere, we hardly ever use it so it was really quite a bad buy. I would definitely recommend trying to get one second hand. Often they are as good as new (for obvious reasons!). (Not selling ours though as I am still optimistic that I'll get on it again, ha ha!).

Also, I'd say go to a shop with a good range and just try some out.

Definitely try for a secondhand one (local paper or ebay). So many people buy them and then use them as a place to hang their clothes...

I have just given away my 'handbag storer'

(not saying you wouldn't use it of course! just there are loads going cheap). Actually I used mine loads when dd was small as she liked the whirring noise. Sadly that effect wore off as she got older.
