Lakeland do a Cafe style toastie press and it is EXCELLENT. You can adjust the weight of the top and it needs no marg on the outside etc due to non stick plates. It seals up buy not like the old style toastie makers. I highly recommend it. Now I will try and find it. It is made by Breville too. I use mine every day (great for cooking halloumi cheese too)

It think it is great esp due to the 'floating hinge' feature lol.

Oh blimey. Cheese will be my downfall (that and chocolate anyway). I would hate for someone to taunt me with it if I couldn't partake .

I'm allowed chocolate (plain only - but never liked milk much anyway)
