The washer and dryer needs to be stacked while the fridge and freezer needs to go under a work top.

ANY RECCOMENDATIONS PLEASE!

I've had two hotpoint washers, they were both terrible trouble. We had them under extended warranty and had the repair man out loads of times, especially for the second one we bought.

The repair man thought they were badly made - he said he wouldn't buy one.

We then bought a Miele washer. It was more expensive but we felt it was worth it. It's not the best looking machine, either. We've had it three years without a peep of trouble. It's on most days, sometimes three times a day. I'd never hesitate to buy a miele again

definitely Bosch!

im sure AEG do stacking washing machine/tumble dryer

LIZS · 14/10/2005 17:06

You can buy stacking units (like a metal shelf between the two) to fix on on top of another if needs be. Definitely Bosch do and I suspect most brands would. Check height/width/depth of your slots too - some appliances are bigger than others and even 5 cm can make a difference between it fitting or not. You have to allow for air to circulate around the grids at back on fridge and freezer and for the plumbing on washing machine.

just brought a seperate washing machine and dryer, If you have them on a lot.. get a big drum, (5KG or more)
I was doing about 2 loads a day, now I do only 1, if that...
tumble dryers 7kg drum

We had a Bosch Washing Machine & AEG Dishwasher delivered this week (Sainsburys kitchen appliances). They are FAB!

Try talking to Buyers & Sellers, who give good discounts particularly if you buy several appliances. They seem to cover all the main makes and give good advice.
