Travel Cots - Advice sought

Need to get travel cot for visting outlaws.
Ds is four-months old and think he's more likely to settle when we're away if at least the cot is familiar. So I think I would like it to:
last for a while if possible
not be too hideous to look at, as think I'll try and use it as impromptu napping spot in sitting room at home to get him used to it before any trips away
No too big or heavy as only have a Nissan micra at the moment.

Twitchet-Our ds is also 4 months old.He outgrew his moses basket very quickly so we bought a travel cot which he slept in from about 4 weeks. We bought the Graco contour deluxe which is great. It has 2 levels,so no bending needed,it has a light(which is great to use in the night),plays about 10 tunes and even has a vibrating mattress, although we've never used that part.We recently stayed in a caravan and took it with us-it folds up very small into a bag.I'd definately recommend it.Ds is now in his cot but it's so handy-you can even use it as a playpen when he's bigger. We got it in toysrus, reduced from £100 down to £70.Oh...it also has a canopy with 3 dangly toys!

We got a travel cot made by Nomad which looks a bit like a tent - it wasn't cheap (£100 ish) but is so much smaller than a normal travel cot that it was worth the extra - we couldn't have fitted everything in our small car otherwise. DS loves it - and it opens at the side as well as the top so that I wasn't having to bend down with the hefty lump. V. bad for my back....
It did take a bit of getting used to - and takes longer to put up than a standard travel cot. On the other hand he still uses it at nearly 3 years - whish I'm sure would not be the case with a normal one.

We've got a Mamas and Papas one that is still going strong for ds after 3 years heavy usage by dd. It's a dream to put up and down and is a nice long rectangular shape (fairly heavy however although only gets schlepped from house to car now and again so not really an issue).
This is the posher more up to date version of what we have
