Mine has to be my handblender - I've had it 8 years and use it almost everyday.
It has an eggwhisk and potato ricer attachments - brill.
Also, spatulas. Couldn't live without them!
What is your essential piece of equipmment?

Good Grips apple corer. At last no ridiculous struggle to make baked apples - just removes the core with no trouble.

Also my Good Grips salad spinner which I hardly use but which ds loves, especially pressing the black button to stop it spinning (with cries of triumph) and standing on it to reach the bananas.

good grips peeler is good as it's ambidextrous (dh is left handed). oh and their ice cream scoop

Snap bundle. I am a southpaw and can only peel carrots at all competently with my Good Grips to hand. Their potato masher is ace too
