ELC do a shop. Also my niece has one, will find ourt where from (don't think it was ELC)

How much do you want to spend? Sister says this is the one she has for dn.

I made one from old coffee table and some packing boxes. I bought some cheap plastic baskets from Wilkinsons. DD already had a till and groceries Basket from elc or sainsbobs. We use real money (coins) and old tesco club card as a credit card. I keep till receipts and we take turns in being shopper / shopkeeper.

I should get a job on Tikkabilla.

oh think i was wrong about elc, can't see one on their website, just the accessories.

there is this trolley
and letterbox have a shop for £100 (too steep for me, as Hula got a bargain marketstall from ELC last year for about £10 )

gingerbear · 07/09/2005 21:23

ah, link didn't go to right page - tis page 3 under 'traditional'

blueteddy · 11/09/2005 17:04

ELC don't do their market stall any more.
I got ds's one last year, when it was reduced from £40-£10!
Vertbaudet do one very similar though.

I think you're better off making it yourself (or rather getting the child to) out of stuff from the cupboard or stones from the garden ...anything really. It's more fun that way.
IME kids stop playing games they love if you buy them the 'kit' which is too prescriptive.
