I'm wanting a Dora backpack and pyjamas for dd's birthday but I've only seen them to buy through mail order or on some websites.

Is there anywhere on the high street that has these things?

Boots had a load of Dora toys yesterday - Shaker Maker, bath toys and the collectable Dora figures in different costumes. 3 for 2 I think.

i'm so glad dora has now made it into the shops, my dd has been a fan for years. dh went to new york earlier this year and picked up loads of dora stuff for her from clair's accessories, mac, brolly, hair bobbles etc.

the only thing is that its all girly, in my experience, boys like dora too. for anyone who's interested, before i went on maternity leave, i work for a design company who license images such as forever friends, beatrix potter etc. we had someone visit who held the dora license. he said that in the usa, dora's cousin, diego now has his own spin off show, which will eventually make it on to nick jr. the products that go with this are more for boys.
