I read a great thread on this subject from a while ago which seems to have died out.

Anyway, here's mine.
Don't know if this is just my local Tesco's offer, but I have just bought a great boxed set of 'Avent Baby Must-have's' which had 5 decent sized bottles of products in, for half price, £4.99 instead of £9.99.

OP posts:

Does anyone know if there are any offers for Pampers sensitive wipes at the moment please?

badjelly · 08/09/2003 14:17

yes - 126 Pack for £3.79 at boots (might just be online)

SamboM · 08/09/2003 14:25

My nanny bought some amazing value unscented wipes in superdrug today, think they were £2 for 2 packs.

M2T · 08/09/2003 15:37

Ooo must add this:

Boots are having a fantastic toy sale at the moment!

I got a 12" Baby Pom Fimble for £5.62! And a few other things for Christmas. Fantastic!

wobblymum · 08/09/2003 22:13

In Superdrug they're doing the Avent baby starter pack (whatever it's called), with a soother, cup, products etc, reduced from £15 to £7.50.

monkey · 09/09/2003 18:17

wobblymum - what exactly is in the pack if you have the time please? Ta

codswallop · 09/09/2003 18:19

janh · 09/09/2003 18:37

Not bargains exactly but Matalan have their autumn range in and there are some lovely things for little girls, eg chunky red cableknit zip jacket for c £8.

Lots of nice baby stuff too but usual boring boys' clothes! I spent lots of time this afternoon admiring the girls' clothes before trudging off to pick up plain navy joggers for DS2...

wobblymum · 10/09/2003 13:01

monkey - sorry but I'm not totally sure! I had a look at them but decided not to get one because dd is too old for some of the stuff but too young for the rest. I think it was a bottle, a drinking cup, a soother and about two or three bottles of products like bath stuff and moisturiser.

Sorry I can't be more helpful!! I definitely remember that it was VERY good value but I don't like Avent bottles, I want to get a Tommee Tippee cup and we've got enough bath stuff from friends to last us a lifetime, so it just wasn't worth it for me!

The NEUROSMITH MUSINI is selling for just £7.99 in the shop Home Bargains. It was £30 in ELC until very recently, now £20.

Anyone seen one, got one? DD has some Christmas money and thought I might get her this as one of her pressies - well if I can still get it; didn't realise what a bargain it was on Monday!

HappyHollyHulababy · 18/12/2003 09:18

They had one out in our ELCon Monday and DD had a good time dancing with it. She's only 20 months so technically too young for it but I am sure she'd still love it. Going to have a look tomorrow again. May have to have a go when I get it home (see if it works )
