(alternative to washing powder)
They look interesting and it would be nice to save money while being virtous. But do they actually work? I never trust money back guarantees and its a lot to pay out.

That's spooky, I was thinking about \link{http://www.insightecostore.com/these} earlier. I'd be interested to know too.

they got a crap review from Good Housekeeping

skeptic · 25/08/2005 14:24

How are they supposed to work?

I've heard people say that their clothes started to smell after using them for a few weeks, which I took to mean that the clothes were plain dirty!

Blackduck · 25/08/2005 14:28

I use the lakeland one here which is much cheaper if you want to give it a whirl. I think they are great, unless the laundry is smelly (baby sick! ) in which case you need something to get the smell out...

tatt · 25/08/2005 14:35

Thanks. Mine are past the baby stage and into the stage where the socks crawl to the basket by themselves But we can't use biological detergent (too sensitive skin) so I'm used to clothes never being quite clean

Think I'll give them a miss though.
