Would you report to the police?

After a date, couple have sex for the first time. He ejaculates inside her even though she clearly told him not to. Would you do anything? Sex consensual but not that he ejaculates inside her. Thoughts?

even though it was non-consensual, the police are unlikely to pursue this and a jury is never going to convict. All he has to do is say that he intended to pull out and misjudged the timing.

Agree with above post. Also, even though though it's morally wrong if it was intentional, it's not a crime in itself. It would be very hard to prove it was intentional. I'm not sure why you would allow him to enter you without a condom if you were strongly against him cumming inside you. There's still a risk of pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases and there's always a chance of it not getting it out on time, regardless of his intention.

This.

It's too easy for a man to mis-time it or just get carried away in the moment to be reliable.

You need to use a condom unless you're in a committed, monogamous relationship and are sure both parties don't have any STIs. I'd be more worried about picking up an infection in this situation, if you're not using any other contraception make sure you use emergency contraception.

I really wouldn’t bother the police with this. Just learn from it.

Expecting a man to pull out at the last moment is like playing russian roulette with each thrust of his hips. He probably shouldn't have agreed to do it, and she probably shouldn't have suggested it. Just use a condom, especially with a new partner. I guess his reaction/response after the fact would be quite telling - if he's upset and remorseful then probably wasn't intentional, if he just shrugs it off and isn't too concerned then he's a CF.

It's notoriously difficult for a man to pull out right before ejaculating, and that's how nature intended it. It's basically a reflex reaction to thrust forward, and it's not always possible to tell when the point of no return is going to occur.

As described in the OP.
FFS Get real! Most unlikely to be able to have that much control. Totally unworldly expectation. Sounds like a 13 yr old and 'just wondering' if. . . .
May even be leakage of sperm before ejaculation even if he did.

There have been cases where the police have become involved in similar circumstances: No condom

if you want to report you’ll get a sympathetic ear.

In this example, the victim didn’t consent to sex without a condom and thus was deceived when it was removed without her knowledge. The OP consented to sex without a condom and should reasonably have foreseen that her partner not withdrawing in time was a risk - and should also know that even withdrawing isn’t adequate to prevent pregnancy.

I’m sorry you feel that you were ignored OP, but this is high school sex education stuff, please don’t risk your health or pregnancy by not using proper contraception.

SportGirl · 23/06/2024 21:36

He was wrong not to pull out but the police won't do anything about it

violetposie · 23/06/2024 21:43

Your consent was conditional on him pulling out, you did not consent to what took place. It is not your fault it's his. Whatever you decide to do re: the police, don't see him again he clearly doesn't respect your boundaries.

bedtimeisthebest · 24/06/2024 11:07

I don't know if the police would pursue it.

I had a partner some years ago who also requested that if we had unprotected sex she would need me to pull out before I came, but I said as hard as I would try I could not guarantee and so I refused to do it.

She also said the same for oral sex that she was very happy to give me a BJ but hated the taste of cum and didn't want me to cum in her mouth.

That was easier as I would say 'I'm cumming' and she would stop the oral and start using her hand

Before call the police, find a lawyer get some advice.

I'd put it down as a lesson to be learned.
If you don't want a man to cum inside you, don't let him fuck you.
Or if you do want him to fuck you, use a condom.

RappersNeedChapstick · 27/06/2024 19:48

Have you decided what to do @Tiredmama328?

Right, which they all burst at some point when they thought they had time to pull out

Tell this person that if they bareback on a date, then expect to mop up...take some responsibility in your life
