Issue with new partner

Asking because I didn't know what to google without horrendous things coming up!

I've recently slept with a new partner, he went quite deep with his fingers and made me squirt which was new for me but a bit of poo came out as well.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced squirting and if that's normal or how to avoid that downside?? I'm thinking maybe a douche or a butt plug? Loved the feeling but I'm so paranoid that's going to happen again, it was really embarrassing!

I have/do experience squirting but no OP that's never happened to me. Have you given birth, could it be some sort of anatomical thing that's gone unnoticed til now? Absolutely no idea, just a suggestion?

That’s a new one on me, but not a huge leap that involuntary contraction of a variety of pelvic muscles could have that effect.
Do you have any issues with faecal incontinence at other times? (Not uncommon after childbirth but can be remedied with physio and/or surgery.)
Now you know it’s possible make sure the bowel is empty before sex?

I had c sections and I don't usually have a problem. I just think I'll be too anxious to have a good time again, thinking what if I can't empty my bowel on command or what if it's not enough and it still happens. I'm an overthinker at the best of times

Sorry this has happened @Coldheart3 I too am an overthinker and this would play on my mind. It does actually play on my mind sometimes even though it's never happened! I hope your partner handled it well. Is it worth having a check up with a GP?

Try increasing your fibre intake so that you are confident that, when you do evacuate your bowel, it empties fully. Doesn’t have to be on demand. Most people only need to pass faeces every 24 hours or so.
I want to say try the GP if it happens again, but I do understand you don’t want to run that risk.
How did your partner react? Could you use a towel or something easily washed under your bottom if you want to try again?
