Awful pain when aroused?

I have a sex drive that comes and goes. It’s currently back, haven’t had sex yet but plan to later on.

Has anyone experienced pain with arousal? I don’t mean any sexual activity, just getting aroused thinking about sex. It literally feels like my uterus is being torn and crushed.

I have endometriosis and adenomyosis and maybe I have more adhesions from my c section four years ago, but this is new. It’s so so painful. I take morphine for my pelvic pain but this is so intense and I had no real pain a few hours ago.

Why would this happen? Doctors and gynaes are absolutely useless and clueless with anything sex related so pointless asking.

Has anyone had this? Just taken all the painkillers I can but it’s not touching it.

I'm not a gynaecologist OP but have you tried and homeopathic remedies or reiki healing.
Are there any associations you can talk to? For example Endiometriosis UK.

I’ve been in endo groups a long time and I’ve never heard anyone mention it. Now wondering if it’s a cyst, and it’s just a coincidence since it’s not buggering off so looks like I’ll have to talk to the GP. Boo.

I get this. I googled it once and I think it’s down to the body’s reaction to intense arousal - the expansion of the vagina and the release of lubrication. I guess it hurts sometimes when you are very aroused because the body is trying to keep up with the mind! It certainly seems to the be the case with me anyway.

Homeopathic remedies? How on earth will that made up nonsense help? And before you start, it's has been proven beyond doubt that it does absolutely nothing.

Op, could you be menopausal? Definitely speak to your gp if possible.
