I don't want to waste the gps time unless necessary.....they have enough sick people to deal with without me worrying about something that I might be able to address at home. Like I said I have a gastrointestinal and others I know who have it have had issues with incontinence so this could be related to that......I just thought that would be many years down the line!

The gp can refer you to physio . It will only get worse. Don't be embarrassed.

Serious question OP.

Is this only a problem during sex?

How's your bladder otherwise?

I would go to GP who will refer you to the women's clinic (has a fancier name) where you'll be asked questions and possibly examined (more likely by GP though before referring). They give advice on how to really do some good decent pelvic floor exercises. It's really worth it.

I had your 'problem' after DC2 and it really escalated over the years (and can get worse if you have more children). I'd just get it checked out and get a bit of help to get you back on track.

I feel like my body is falling apart.....I've spent the last few months having colonoscopies, contrast scans and taking so many pills I sound like a maraca.
I will speak to my gp the next time I'm there and see if they can refer me. My bladder is generally pretty good except when my other condition is bad......it irritates my bladder and makes me feel like I constantly have to pee.

Hi OP this has happened to me a few times when using a vibe on a strongish setting in a particular area.

I've always emptied my bladder beforehand and it doesn't feel like I'm weeing and in fact it looks like the liquid is coming from two small holes rather than the normal stream of urine when you go to the loo - I mean it looks like 2 distinct streams rather than 1. Sorry possibly way too graphic but wanted to tell you this because it may not be pelvic floor related. It may just be orgasm related. The first couple of times it happened I thought this was some kind of special female ejaculate I'd just produced but on another occasion I was prepared with a towel underneath me and the next morning the smell was unmistakedly urine.

Sorry if that's way TMI, just wanted to let you know it might not be to go with pelvic floor weakness or your other condition. Smile

I don't think it helped that I got on all 4s after said incident and sniffed the bed.....it doesn't smell horrendously uriney but there was too much for it to be lady juice. There's a circle the size of a dustbin lid......I'm not even 30 yet!

If your partner was pleasuring you at the time, I think it's more than likely that you squirted, especially since you went to the toilet beforehand. Consider yourself lucky, not many women squirt! My partner and I use a waterproof bedsheet from IKEA so I don't get the bed wet
