The old classic - sex is not the same after 2 kids

It changed during pregnancy with number 2. Dryness, felt blocked, painful. DC2 is 4 months old and it's still bad. When I have sex in any other position apart from me on top it feels like a medical examination; intrusive, uncomfortable. Wherever my g spot was, or the bit that gave me pleasure during penetrative sex - has moved/disappeared. Only time I vaguely enjoy it is on top where my clitoris gets stimulated.

What the hell happened and does it ever go back to normal?

Same here i completey lost my libido during pregnancy with DC2 but yes it will go back to normal, I felt different for ages afterwards and I had a c-section. Must be hormones, your body needs time to adjust back to its pre-pregnancy state it took 9 months to create a person so it's going to take some time getting back to normal. With my first DC it was quick getting back to normal but with my second like u it took ages, DC2 is 18 months and it's only been these last few months I've begun to enjoy it again. Don't know why it's taken so long second time around, its a lot to deal with adjusting to having 2 children I feel like I hardly have the time or energy for sex!
Just be patient it will happen!

You have birth 4 months ago! Give your body time to heal, it can take up to 2 years to recover from pregnancy and birth

2 years? I've never heard that before.

Are you getting enough rest, sleep, time to yourself?

Do you & your dp go out etc?

Its only 4 months since you've given birth. Give yourself some time.Flowers
