Have you found that what makes you orgasm changed after childbirth?

I was with a couple of friends this evening and one said that since giving birth to her DC, she can no longer climax through PIV, whereas before she found it relatively easy. The other friend said she was the opposite - before DC she only orgasmed if her DH gave her plenty of oral sex , but now she's "more sensitive than a nervous butterfly"!
I'm currently TTC and hadn't even considered the possibility of such changes before having this conversation.
Is this kind of thing commonplace, or are my friends an anomaly?

God after having dd1 I couldn't care less - boring, takes forever, embarrassing, painful. I had vaginal delivery and episiotomy. Hope DS/d2 (when they arrive) brings about another change - for the better!

More intense and definitely a higher sex drive. But I'm not sure how much of that is due to 'coming into my prime' ie mid 40s and DH has had the snip.

Yes I orgasm more through intercourse than before, orgasm through oral or masterbation is the same although im a lot more sensitive cant go for as long
