Hi all, my DS sat the exam today and I was just wondering how others did? He thought the maths was straightforward, apart from the last question. English went well and reasoning was tricky.

Does anyone know how many children sat the exam? Also how many will be interviewed?

@atotalshambles brilliant to hear you have insides on both schools. Do you have girls or boys out of interest? Can I ask why you chose to different schools for your kids? I know kids are completely different and certain school suits different kids but will be interesting to know why they went to different schools as they both are brilliant schools in my mind.

Do you find Emanuel is more local friends and Alleyn’s is all over? All the sport is at Alleyn’s and Emanuel is offsite? Does your DC take the school bus or train to Alleyn’s?
If a boy is not into football is that a deal breaker at Alleyn’s? I know its arty and drama and art are big but just referring to the sport side.

have heard Emanuel is amazing at pastoral. Do you know honk they are handling the drugs and drinking better than Alleyn’s or vise versa?
