Can Marylebone or CSG support girls with Dyslexia?

Advice needed!
Currently undecided on which secondary school I should give priority to. My DD is dyslexic and struggles with maths and spelling in particular!
I liked both CSG and Marylebone, I understand both are very academic schools, but I wonder whether she would receive enough support and intervention at these schools?
Would love to hear from other parents with children with learning difficulties at either of these schools.

Thank you.

@Leavesontheroad Thanks for responding.
Sorry to hear that your daughter is no receiving adequate support. That's disappointing to hear.
Parli isn't as close to home as Csg and St MarliB.

Would be grateful for some additional insight on both schools if anyone has any experience with either school?

CSG seems to be hit and miss. I couldn’t recommend it for a girl with a learning disability but other people seem to find the school very supportive. It’s too hit and miss for me.
I second Parli, although I’m aware that’s not helpful if you’re too far away.

Wondering where you can be, as St M is quite some way from P and CSG, which are relatively close!

Not many get into P or CSG who can’t walk there.

i know 1 who left St M because of the appalling lack of support; one who is still there but regularly school refusing, and one who sailed through just fine. It’s a demanding school (not just academically, also for anyone who finds school a social / sensory/ learning challenge)

We looked at both for my DD who has an EHCP for dyslexia and even with that both schools had next to nothing on offer. They're both so cramped too and full of very academic girls so I think if your DD isn't very good at something the school is famous for eg arts or music, than it would be quite mean to put her in that environment.
I second Parli, they've been incredible to my DD and seem to do well with the very very clever girls too, plus their site and facilities are incredible.

When we had a private day tour of St M with our primary senco and my DD, the corridors at one point were so narrow and tight, if was one in and one out, except a massive wave of girls just pushed through both ways. I think it was the norm because the teacher didn't seem to be surprised, but I was shocked. My DD doesn't have any sensory issues but I imagine it would be a nightmare if you did. When I asked what support they had, it was this tiny Sen office and 1 girl alone sitting at the table eating her sandwich. Apparently this was because she finds the lunchtime corridors and rooms overwhelming but it made me so sad, it was just this cluttered room and she was alone with a teacher working at their computer :(. There's no cafeteria, just these food stations, and you take your food to your tutor group classroom. There's really nowhere to go it's a bit depressing tbh. The new sports hall is great though, I was really impressed by the climbing wall.
