Resources for GCSE - Autistic & Dyslexic

DS has a heavily reduced number of GCSEs -Maths, English and Science.
Im looking for resources to help him start revising slowly for GCSEs ( his request). He thinks he learns best by learning from multiple choice questions.

I’m thinking of getting him the Quizlet subscription. Is that a good choice? What other platform would you recommend? His main challenge is processing language.

He also has a subscription to mygcse science through school.

Brilliant. Huge thanks to you and your DD. Her blog looks really great. She’s reminded me of corbett maths, which I’d forgotten about and I’ve used P & M Tutor in the past and found he got on well with it, so I’ll add it to the list. Your post has been really useful.

My DD went up a couple of grades in English using Light up tutor for a couple of months. She has a lot on a Instagram and TikTok but my DD also signed up online for more revision.

These were the info I saved for my DD of sites to help with revision

Science: My GCSE science resources were incredibly helpful for my dyslexic child (main challenge is also processing language). We had to pay for it, but it was definitely worth it. He did triple science H, and just by watching their videos, taking notes and taking the quizzes, his grades improved from a predicted 6-7 to achieving 7-8. He learned most all the triple content with them. He started in December of Year 11, so he couldn't cover all the topics, but his grades still went up. The videos worked really well for him. He also used Primrose Kitten - her practice papers were accurate and gave him a confidence boost right before the exams.

English: I highly recommend checking out these YouTube channels: Mr Salles, Mr Everything English, Lightup hub, and first-rate tutors. They provide detailed guidance on how to approach each question and emphasise the importance of exam technique. He also learned the mark schemes by heart almost. So he knew exactly what the examiner wanted for each question. He pre-plan his story, despite his teacher advising against it. As a result, his predicted grade of 6 in Language increased to an 8, just one mark away from a 9, and his predicted 6 in Literature increased to a solid 7.

For maths: past papers and marking the papers himself using the mark schemes. Corbett maths and Dr Frost were also helpful
