Hello,

I hope you are all well.

I was wondering if anyone could help me and advise some study websites/apps in which the KS3 curriculum is followed please? My child will be starting yr7. We really want out child to continue to be a top, happy and healthy student, and intend for our child to have at least some learning throughout the summer - albeit a little. I know bitesize and CGP , but I was thinking of something a bit more indepth with information. I have been looking on and off line, but it is rather overwhelming.
oh, and does anyone have insight to CATS year 7 exam please? or any resources to prepare, or is it similar to the 11 plus, which my child has done.
Any advise, guidance is incredibly appreciated.

Thank you all so much in advance.

the leading free one is Khan Academy

Not interactive but covering step by step the National Curiculum is White Rose starting with sequences.

Will subscribe to whiterosemaths , did it for primary and wasn't sure they did secondary math

yes they do and it is pretty good, aligned with the curriculum

Another free one is Corbettmaths. It is good for reviewing specific topics that need brushing up

We swear by IXL for Maths and English, they have a really great diagnostic tool for checking if there are any gaps in their learning. We also like oak national for occasional top up lessons in various subjects.

Hello,

We have that, it's amazing. It really secured top SATs marks for my child.

Any study apps/websites for science please ? As unfortunately it doesn't have it on IXL

You could try EdPlace. We haven't used it much so, can't speak to how good it is but it definitely has science subjects.
