Can anyone give current experience? The good, the bad and the ugly! I know it's ofsted outstanding but that's not everything so would be grateful to hear of real parent views. Thanks.

Depends on the child. If you have resiliant kid who easily make friends then yes. However, I know quite a few mums who started attending Catholic church two years before year 6 just to get their kid to Holy Cross. They desperatly did not want to give their kids to any other local schools. Toolworth is probably worse choice than Coombes, worse than Hollyfield but better than Chessington school. Please read Ofsted report and research exclusion/inclusion data for that school

Wow. So it's pretty negative then!

"Negative" is a very relative term. It's not a bad school at all when compared to nationwide results. In terms of academic performance, it's a good, solid school. The Progress 8 score is very good. not amazing but good However, it has a reputation for behavioural issues among girls....I don't want to repeat gossips.

Hopefully, they thought to get their DD baptised and drag her along to mass as well, since the attendance requirement refers to the child, not the parent.

Obviously that is what I mean. They were offered Holly Cross. I know also quite a few boys who were offered R Challoner.place
