Toilet rules - comps in Kingston and Richmond

Hi, there's a thing I never thought and asked about during school tours - do all secondary schools close toilets and/or forbid to use them during lessons?
I examined school rules for a few schools in Kingston and haven't find anything about it.

Could you please share if it's a thing for Turing House, Orleans Park, Grey Court and The Kingston Academy?

@SometimesYouWinSometimesYouLearn thank you, so it has spread everywhere then.

I think it's always been everywhere. I went to the equivalent of Waldegrave in my home town in the 1980s and we had similar toilet rules. It only takes one or two disaffected students to spoil things for everyone else. Back then they used to block the sink with soggy loo roll and leave the taps on to cause flooding. That's why schools used to get that horrible non-absorbent loo roll that was like tracing paper (remember that?). These days all public toilets just have huge rolls that are so difficult to turn that it's not worth the effort to take more than one or two sheets at a time (Ben Elton used to have a hilarious "Ministry of Bad Design" sketch about those).
