Fairley House or Burlington House School

We have offers from both for a Y7 start. I know it's very niche, but does anyone have any insight into pros and cons of these? We have a good idea of which one we'll accept after lots of research, but there's not much info on here about either one and just thought I'd make one last check in case someone on here will have specific experience around something I've missed. Thanks in advance.

Hello there,

I find myself in a similar predicament. I was wondering which school you went with? I'm finding it hard to find any information comparing the two schools.
I do hope all has worked out well.

I am in the same predicament for my 9 yr old son, moving from NYC to London this summer. He has A pretty severe case of double dyslexia, wondering if Burlington House can support this ? Thx

Depends on your child's needs. We did go with one of them but its so so. PM me if you want. @Kells2023 @AlexBreen50

Can I ask a separate question? Do schools require a yearly medical exam / report prior to entry like here in the states ?

moving in 3 months and trying to figure out the basics

No. Never.

Saying that, I know Fairley House bring in their own "medical " professionals so you don't have to. For example they bring a specialist optometrist that does eye tracking exams and they also do hearing tests etc.
There's no compulsory vaccines or anything like that in UK schools. I suspect it'll probably start at some point as we keep having breakouts of measles etc but at the moment, nothing.
