How/when to appeal for a sixth form offer?

My DD was rejected from a school sixth form that has a similar admissions policy to this school that was judged non-compliant with the admissions code: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/twyford-church-of-england-high-school-15-july-2022. The rejection letter doesn't include any information on how to appeal. At this stage the school have only made conditional offers, similar to the case in the judgement. If I'm reading it correctly, I can't appeal until after the GCSE results come out. Is that correct?

Tbh no sixth form offer is solid until after GCSE results anyway. There's tons of movement on the day. I don't know anything about appeals though. Hopefully someone with better knowledge will come along.

Yes, but like in the case in the judgement, conditional offer holders have priority admission over waitlisted or rejected applicants.

Our rejection was absolute (so should have included appeal info), but I know others were waitlisted and told to contact the school after results day, in case there are spare places.

Yes - you can appeal not being given a place post GCSE results on offer day in August, but you can't appeal now based on not getting a conditional offer.

The letter should have laid this out for you yes.
