Algorithms used to predict GCSE results

My dd, year 10, recentLy did some tests at school (Private school) that apparently are combined with an algorithm to predict gcse results. From what she described, they sounded a bit like the dreaded verbal and non-verbal reasoning tests that are sometimes used for the 11 plus.

Here is my concern: not everyone’s brains work the same way, and my dd has never done that well in those sorts of tests, as she gets flustered, etc and the results never equate to her real ability. She is one of the top students but I am really concerned that these test results will knock her confidence If they “predict” results that are much lower than what she Is capable of. Has anyone come across such tests?

It sounds like the Yellis test, she probably sat Midyis in Year 7. It's just a baseline, it is possible to score higher or lower in internal exams.
